Where can I find the infinity collection?

Is the Infinito collection available by reservation?

Yes, welding is by appointment, by calling 010 255566 (Salita Santa Caterina) or 010 796 4035 (Via Porta d’Archi) or by writing on WhatsApp at 344 499 1765 and arranging the appointment.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, the collection comes with a 12-month warranty, and within this period, if the chain breaks, we will re-solder it free of charge.
The gold chain can only be re-soldered once.

For the chain to be re-soldered and covered by the warranty, it must be intact, so that it can be repaired. If the chain is too weakened and cannot be re-soldered, the warranty does not cover replacement.

What if I wanted to give it as a gift?

If it's a gift, you can purchase the gift card either in-store or on our online shop, but redemption is only possible in person at the Via Porta d'Archi 19r and Salita Santa Caterina 27r stores in Genoa.

What gold versions are there?

Three chain types are available:
- Royal and Venetian (thin) chains are available in white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold.
- Venetian (thick) chain is only available in yellow gold.

What if the chain expands?

If the chain gets tangled, it's normal for it to stretch. At that point, come to the store, and we will assess whether it can be repaired and re-soldered.

For the chain to be re-soldered and covered by the warranty, it must be intact so that it can be repaired. If the chain is too weakened and cannot be re-soldered, the warranty does not cover replacement.

Does the chain discolor?

Gold-plated and rose gold-plated silver fades over time. This is the normal lifespan of these platings.
The "color" of an 18kt gold chain remains unchanged over time.

In case of Magnetic Resonance Imaging or other tests?

The 18kt chain can be worn during an MRI, while the .925 silver chain must be removed.
By presenting the specific warranty provided at the time of the infinity's creation, you can visit us in-store to have it removed and then re-soldered, in order to preserve the quality of the chain and the solder joint.
